Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 June 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of the AgentGuardian website and the AgentGuardian Enterprise platform (the “Service”), operated by Glacien (Singapore). By using the Service you agree to these terms. The AgentGuardian open-source toolkit is governed by its own open-source licence in its repository.
The service
AgentGuardian helps organisations discover, govern, control, monitor, and prove AI agents. Specific features, limits, and commitments for a paid plan are set out in your order or marketplace subscription, which forms part of these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
- probe, scan, or breach the security of the Service except under an authorised programme (see Responsible Disclosure);
- reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by your plan or applicable law;
- upload unlawful content or interfere with the Service’s operation or other customers.
Customer data and your cloud account
AgentGuardian is designed to run a collector inside your own cloud account and to receive only operational metadata. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Service, including the AgentGuardian and Glacien names and logos, is owned by Glacien and protected by law. Except for rights expressly granted to you, all rights are reserved. See Trademarks.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as set out in your order or marketplace subscription. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.
Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. AgentGuardian supports your governance of AI agents; it does not guarantee the behaviour, safety, or compliance of any agent or any specific outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and each party’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Glacien against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these terms, subject to the liability limits above.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within a reasonable period. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will, on request, delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy and your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified and the “last updated” date revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
